2. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Shrinagar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149. 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is that they

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85705 of 2019(5) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 entered the house of the informant and assaulted the father of the informant due to land dispute.

3. The petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 85705 of 2019 is in custody since 1.8.2019 having no criminal antecedent similarly the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 82461 of 2019 are in custody since 1.8.2019 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there was land dispute and on account of land dispute, scuffle took place, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, in both the cases named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Madhepura, in connection with Shrinagar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019. The trial court is however directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same in all respect within seven months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if any delay in early conclusion of the trial is found on the part of the petitioners, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
