2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 along with others are alleged to have assaulted the informant.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and that the injury report supports the allegation against petitioner no.1, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner no. 1.

7. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him of assaulting the informant.

8. Let the petitioner no. 2, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/ concerned Court below in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
