Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 436, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that both parties are agnates and on account of land dispute, there was a scuffle between the parties for which both parties lodged F.I.R. against each other. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
