JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent no. 3 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 3, then
Patna High Court CWJC No.8800 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a reasoned and speaking order.
In case any consequential benefits are found payable, the same would be paid within a period of four weeks of passing of the final order.
