2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 103(1), 352, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 17.06.2025, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioner along with 60-70 unknown persons came at the door of informant and started abusing and on protest, they assaulted husband of informant and other family members and later, husband of informant died.

4. At the outset, learned APP appearing on behalf of

No.89711 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 State submitted that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court as such petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma (2014) 2 SCC 17, Prem Shankar Prasad v. State of Bihar 2021 SCC OnLine SC 955).
