Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No.203 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 120B of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that there is material in case diary to support the prosecution case.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86429 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
