JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment dated 17.07.2018 passed in CWJC no. 17670 of 2017, hence the parties be directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 17.07.2018.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner herein, appearing in person, which is not controverted by the learned counsel for the University, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 17.07.2018 and in case, it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10135 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 services of the petitioner herein is required to be absorbed and consequential benefits are required to be granted, accordingly to the petitioner herein. The aforesaid exercise should be completed within a period of four months from today.
