The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the door of the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the motorcycle has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 23.10.2019.
