Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 I.P.C. was added.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Co-accused-Samir Yadav, who is named in the FIR, is alleged to have caused injury with firearm at the arm of the informant. Other FIR named and some unknown person allegedly committed assault. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, he is aged about 60 years, he has got no criminal antecedent as well as the fact that there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the

No.86052 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 evidence or abscond the process of law, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sour Bazar Police Station Case No.318 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
