In the present case, primary grievance has been raised by the petitioner that he has not been supplied the certified copy of the First Information Report.

Office of the Judgeship of Gaya must supply the certified copy of First Information Report within a period of one week from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if the petitioner files any anticipatory bail as has been submitted orally records are not available the District Judge, Gaya will call for the records and verify about the existence of FIR in the records and if it is found that records are not available the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1446 of 2018 (2) dt.06-06-2018 2 /2 District Judge will entertain his application and will dispose of the bail in accordance with law.
