The petitioner seeks bail in Manigachi P.S. case No. 162/ 2019 registered under Section 272, 273 of the IPC and u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Three liters of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
