Pleading in this case has been completed in every respect and also the F.I.R. namely Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 279/2019 under Sections 467, 468, 420 of the I.P.C. is under challenge under this case.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.7 on the application of respondent no.6, is repeatedly filing false and fabricated cases against the petitioner only with a view

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.10 of 2020(6) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 to harass the petitioner. Counsel further submits that due to village politics, the respondent no.6 is repeatedly filing case against the petitioner.

Counsel for the State submits that as per the statement made in paragraph no.14 of the counter affidavit, the matter has already been closed as final form has been submitted. Counsel further submits that the final form has been submitted before the Court bearing 19/20 dated 20.02.2020 showing the legal mistake in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 279/2019.

In this view of the matter, this Writ petition has become infructuous, therefore it is dismissed as infructuous. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ashishsingh/- U T
