2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on 31.08.2025 at about 2:20 PM, the informant along with his father was returning on motorcycle, in the meantime, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these two petitioners surrounded them and assaulted. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted on the face of informant's father by means of iron rod, whereas petitioner no. 2 assaulted on his (informant's father) head by Dabiya. Doctor has found
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89701 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2026 2/2 the injuries simple in nature. Petitioner no. 1 claims clean antecedent, whereas petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal antecedent, in which, he is on bail.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and injury, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
