2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 941 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 75, 296, 79, 308(5), 351(2) of the BNS and under Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is a teacher, is alleged to have committed rape with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2025.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
