The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No.576 of 2018 dated 1.9.2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired on the confession of the co-accused and the petitioner is accused in five other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 17.11.2018 but he has not been put on TIP. Charge sheet has already been submitted. So far other cases are concerned, he is on bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who could not controvert the above

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-X cum ACJM IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No.576 of 2018 with confiscation that after released from the jail, he has to appear before the police station of his local area for a period of six months so that the police may watch the activities of the petitioner otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Bhagalpur for the needful..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
