JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and at the instance of practicing advocate of Delhi, complaint was registered. He further submits that from perusal of Annexure-1, it is evident that the main allegation levelled against the then Mukhiya Smt. Sangeeta Devi and the said Sangeeta Devi was granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59937 of 2017 vide order dated 08.01.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35685 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the main accused has been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Daudnagar in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017.
