In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of road robbery has been made against the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation. Looking to the nature of allegation as also the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year's judicial custody.
