JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 319 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR police got information of altercation between two groups and when police reached there both the groups attacked on the police party and petitioners are named in the FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84857 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 that they have been named along with 35 named accused persons and 100-150 unknown persons and no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of surrender within a period of three weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 319 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
