Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Moro P.S.Case No.29 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by rod on the head of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that litigation is going on between the parties and the injury report that is annexure 2 discloses that the injuries are superficial in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.86179 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VIII, Darbhanga in connection with Moro P.S.Case No.29 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
