Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though allegation against petitioner-Basant Mahto is of commission of injury with a sharp cutting weapon at the head of the informant but the Doctor has not found any such injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. There is no overt act alleged against the petitioner-Naresh Mahto.
Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36163 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ishwapur Police Station Case No.60 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
