JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 From perusal of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State it appears that now the investigation is pending only on the point of report of the forensic science laboratory with respect to site inspection and the respondents have informed the forensic science laboratory on 21st January, 2020 to prepare the said report and this Court has now been informed that the said report has already been received.

In view of the statements made in paragraph 11 to 15 of the counter affidavit, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to conclude the investigation within a period of sixty days from the date of
