The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tariyani P.S.case No.150 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, there is specific allegation against the son of the petitioner of stabbing the deceased and there is also allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of assault.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only two injuries were found on the dead body out of which one attributed to the son of the petitioner, however the injuries are superficial in nature. He is in custody since 4.8.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.case No.150 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
