====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and others are suspected to have committed murder of the son of the informant by causing injury with weapon of cutting.
Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Co-accused Bimal Mahto is the father-in-law of the deceased. Allegation is based on suspicion only. Petitioner is cousin of Bimal Mahto and is female. She is in custody since 15.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the lack of material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 356 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
