JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 The petitioner is seeking direction to Bihar School Examination Board to re-examine her answer-sheet of Biology (Theory) Paper of Bihar School Examination Board Intermediate Examination-2018. She has been awarded 'Zero' marks in the said paper. The petitioner had applied for scrutiny before the Board. Upon scrutiny, the Board has found no need of any alteration. It is petitioner's case that her answer-sheet should be re-examined/re-evaluated.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board stating specifically that in course of scrutiny, the Board has found no alteration needed in the marks awarded to the petitioner in Biology Paper. A plea has been taken that there is no provision for re-evaluation of answer-

From the pleadings on record, I do not find that the petitioner has been able to make out an exceptional case for the Court to direct the Board to re-examine the said answer-sheet. I do not find any merit in this application. This application is accordingly dismissed.
