After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 31.10.2015, passed by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Saran Division, Chapra in Stamp Valuation Case no. 8 of 2015 by filing an appropriate appeal under Section 13 of the Bihar Stamp (Prevention of Under Valuation of Instruments) Rules, 1995. It is further prayed that the proceedings of the Certificate case no. 01 of 2018-19, pending before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms-cum-Certificate Officer, Sadar Division, Chapra

Patna High Court CWJC No.613 of 2020 dt.18-02-2020 2/2 be stayed till the disposal of the appeal.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal, as aforesaid, and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the appellate authority on merits. It is further directed that the certificate proceedings of the aforesaid Certificate case no. 01 of 2018-19 shall remain stayed for a period of four weeks from today, so that the petitioner can file an appeal and obtain interim orders. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
