The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.Case No.328 of 2019 dated 26.4.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act..
There is recovery of country-made postal and cartridges from this petitioner, who has been arrested along with the other accused persons, while the police got information of reparation of dacoity.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than seven months and other coaccused having similar allegation, have been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83717 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 11.1.202019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72921 of 2019. Charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.Case No.328 of 2019.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
