JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 367 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1459 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner was involved in loot of motorcycle at NH 57.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2019. The FIR was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner was later on added on the basis of information derived from the spy.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 367 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1459 of 2019.
