2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 398 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that petitioner has been made accused in connection with recovery of 19 cartridges but the same is alleged to have been recovered from the roof of an abandoned house situated adjacent to the petitioner's house and in this regard, FIR itself is evident, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 20.10.2025.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the above submissions and averments made in this application, the aforesaid ground taken by the petitioner and his custody period coupled with fair and clean antecedent and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 398 of 2025.
