JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Patna (Danapur) Mahila P. S. Case No. 84 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 498Am 337, 504, 34 and 324 of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased and as per the F.I.R. there is allegation against the husband and sister-in-law deceased of torturing her and also throwing the boiling water on the deceased, causing injury on her eyes.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the allegation is against husband and sister-in-law

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Patna (Danapur) Mahila P. S. Case No. 84 of 2019.
