2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 316 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 6000 liters of Jawa Mahua. The name of the petitioner has come in the case during the investigation that he was involved in the manufacturing of illicit liquor. He is accused in three more cases under Excise Act.
4. Considering the gravity of offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioner does not deserve the privilege of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89634 of 2025(2) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail in the present case.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
