The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 02(husband of the petitioner) by learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIX, Bhagalpur vide order dated 10.10.2025 passed in ABP No. 1048 of 2025 arising out of Complaint Case No. 168 of 2019 filed under Sections 323, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3,4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to make out a case for cancellation, however, he submits that Maintenance Case No. 7 of 2022 is pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur in which the opposite

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to conclude the proceedings of Maintenance Case No. 7 of 2022 within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order by holding day to day hearing. He is also directed to proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party and will send a report to this Court after three months.

5. List this case after three months under the heading "For Orders" for perusal of the report of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur through FAX for its compliance.
