Patna High Court MJC No.5198 of 2019(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/3 submitted that the petitioners be granted liberty to approach the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Bihar, Patna instead of the District Education Officer, Patna, which, on account of nondepiction of the correct position of the respondents in the memo of parties, has been wrongly referred to in the order dated 5.2.2019, as the authority before whom, the petitioners are required to file a representation.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents do not have any objection.

Accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty to file appropriate representation with regard to their grievances mentioned in the writ petition before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered by him, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The order dated 5.2.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11774 of 2018 stands modified to the aforesaid
