The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 448 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a)/ 37 (i) (ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a poor daily wager and he has nothing to do with the alleged seizure. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2019.
