The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.82 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4of D.P. Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of Rs.01 lac and a Colour T.V. and also subjecting her of cruelty. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and he is still ready to keep her.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51454 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order in connection with Complaint Case No.82 of 2016 and on his surrender he will be released on bail for a period of two months. In the meantime, the learned court below will call upon the Opposite Partyno.2, will try to mediate between the parties and considering the conduct of the parties, he will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise he will pass appropriate order.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
