ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with G.R. No.9183 of 2019 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.669 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 342/323/354/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, the dispute had occurred on account of petty skirmish between the parties which was regretted by both the parties and compromise have arrived at. It is further submitted that the petitioners shall make endeavour to maintain peace so

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge XIV Cum ACJM, Patna, in connection with G.R. No.9183 of 2019 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.669 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
