The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 545 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner having kidnapped the victim girl.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a bare perusal of the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate would show that she has voluntarily married with the petitioner and she is living happily with him as husband and wife. It is further submitted that the age of the victim girl is 19 years as on the

No.85070 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 date of occurrence which is substantiated from her statement as also from the medical report of the doctor wherein the age of the victim girl has been assessed to be about 18 to 19 years. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 545 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
