JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard Sri Ashutosh Nath, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Parmeshwar Mehta, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 17, 18, 21, 22, 27 (A) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court and thereafter, the petitioner had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 11-01-2017 passed in SLP (Crl.) No. 2237-2238 of 2017 has dismissed the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade

The Court is of the opinion that once the order for rejecting the prayer for bail of this petitioner has already approved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it would not be appropriate for this Court to examine those things. The petition stands again dismissed.
