The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S.case No.93 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the informant found dead-body of an unknown person at a vacant land and the FIR has been lodged against unknown persons. Name of the petitioner transpired on confession of co-accused Randhir Bhagat @ Randhir Kumar. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Randhir Bhagat @ Randhir Kumar has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 14.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1164 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody for about seven months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge Ist cum ACJM (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No.93 of 2017.

Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
