This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court with regard to the name of the father of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court, the petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Dev P.S. Case No.98 of 2018, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or the successor Court but due to wrong mentioning of the name of the father of the petitioner in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 as "Shri Deonandan Das", in place of Late Deonandan Das, the same has been typed in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court.

No.84304 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 While the petitioner surrendered in the concerned court below in the light of the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2019 but his bail bond was provisionally accepted by the concerned court below with the condition to get the name of the father of the petitioner modified in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for modification in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court with regard to the name of the father of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court, the name of the father of the petitioner, in place of 'Shri Deonandan Das" it be read as "Late Deonandan Das".

The order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.45297 of 2019 by this Court is modified accordingly, Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
