The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No.117 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per FIR, there is recovery of 89 ltrs. of liquor from the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about three months. He has no criminal antecedent and the charge-sheet has been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No.117 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
