Bore Rifle has been rejected. The petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal, under the Arms Act, before the Divisional Commissioner, which the petitioner has not invoked.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order, the same shall certainly be bared by limitation.
