JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.23 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/148/448/341/323/149/324/325/307/302/427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. This Court had earlier refused the prayer for bail to the petitioners on 16.04.2018 considering the allegation that the petitioners and others had indiscriminately fired at the deceased and the doctor had found four fire-arm injury on the person of the deceased.

The report of the trial Judge would reveal that nine prosecution witnesses have already been examined. The trial
