2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 103(1), 117(2), and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, and 35 of the Arms Act. 3 . The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with other accused persons, armed with weapons, came to the house of the informant and started abusing him and his family members. It is further alleged that co-accused Gauri Shankar fired from a pistol at the informant's father causing his death. Co-accused Prahlad Kumar and Nitish Kumar assaulted the informant's brother, Dilkhush Kumar, with a danda and a rod on his hand and head. This petitioner is alleged to have fired

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. He is alleged only to have fired upon one Shambhu Kumar but as per injury report of Shambhu Kumar, no firearms injury was found. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025 and the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody , the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class (VII ) Biharsharif Nalanda in connection with Dipnagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2025 .
