2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University giving details of admitted payment.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the payment but submitted that under Group Insurance, for a certain period, i.e., from the year 2000 till the date of retirement, the amount has not been paid with interest. However, he submitted that liberty be given to him to represent for the same before the Registrar of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15982 of 2018 dt.31-10-2018 2/2 University.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such a representation is filed before the Registrar of the University within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
