Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. 212 C2 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) (c) (d) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.11.2019.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in manufacturing of liquor.

Considering the fact that noting was recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86413 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 28.11.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50, 000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Case No. 212C2 of 2019.
