Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled to grant of benefits under the Assured Career Progression Scheme. Petitioner's claim is based on the fact that he continued to discharge his duties as Irrigation Revenue Inspector throughout his services without any promotion.
Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner was
Patna High Court CWJC No.889 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 required to approach the Chief Engineer (Respondent No 3) for such benefit.
Being faced with such submission, petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner would approach Respondent No 3 with a detailed representation containing all details in support of his claim.
If such representation is filed within four weeks, Respondent No 3 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, and if dues are found admissible, the same shall also be paid within a period of three months.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
