In this writ application, the petitioner has raised a grievance the upper limit of age for the O.B.C. (Female) should be extended from 40 to 43 at par with the candidates of SC and ST category.
The State Government under the reservation policy has fixed different dates providing the upper age limit for different categories of people like for Unreserved category, the upper age limit is 37, for O.B.C., is 40 and for SC/ST, the upper age limit is
42. The petitioner belongs to O.B.C. though may be female. So,
