Considering the nature of allegation at the end of the informant against the petitioner who have stolen her silver ornaments and who managed to escape in consonance with the period of custody since 09.07.2018 coupled with absence of criminal antecedent as disclosed under para 3 of the petition, let the petitioner, Sunil Sah, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
