JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent no. 4 by filing a detailed representation bringing to the notice of the respondent no. 4, the policy of the respondents contained in letter dated 17.08.2016 as also bringing to his notice, the recommendation of the District Transport Committee, Purnea in favour of the petitioner herein. In view of the aforesaid, I give liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 today itself and in case,
