Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,409,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the FIR named accused person including the petitioner is that they were involved in getting the overloaded and unauthorized trucks pass through the check post. Submission is that several other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86078 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kudra Police Station Case No.336 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
